The driving passion of Ethnos is a command from the Lord Jesus Christ. His words are found in Matthew 28:19 which says,
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…” The word translated “nations” is the Greek word “ethnos.”
This is our constant reminder that we are not called to passively wait around to be caught up but to be active agents of
God’s redemptive love to all people. We are called to be world changers and history makers.
